Well, it sure was a cold week to start outside recess, but the students did a great job of playing and keeping warm while we were outside. They are doing a good job remembering to come to the B den playground in the morning, picking up their backpacks on the way inside and then getting ready to go out again at 10:30 for recess! This week we have been planting some seeds, checking them for root growth, drawing the seed lifecycle, talking about the needs of plants, working on our Mother's Day cards, watching a junior high band perform, had class photos, centers, tech time, writers workshop and got our ant farm! It was a busy week! Below are some photos ;)

Reminders for next week: Western Day on Monday the 12th and we will continue heading outside before school starts and at recess. Be sure to dress warm for the weather!
